Dear Shareholders,
Chala Metals Limited continues to survive and is trying to do some trading to meet ongoing holding costs. To date I personally continue to meet those costs through my loan account with the company. Discussions with different parties re listing in 2024 have stalled for the moment.
A bright spot is that a well- funded Swiss mining and trading company is interested in a possible JV to build and operate a small processing plant to produce a Cu-Ag-Au concentrate from our 3 Peruvian concessions. Before Christmas we will be collecting 4 x 2.5 Kg samples and passing them to the potential investor. We will keep shareholders informed of progress. With compliments of the season to all.
